Has anyone come across an issue where the dbsrv9 can be started more than
once on a multisegmented LAN? Even if manually started no errors and able
to run dbsrv9 on second server even when currently running on server 1. Is
there something that can be added to the start up of the database?
Broadcast seems to not be reaching it's goal but you can run the program
interface which is using the database on opposite servers so they can see
each other and test ODBC (pointing at group of IP addresses) just fine.
Below is the start up being used is there anything I can add to keep it from
allowing 2 databases to run at same time?

dbsrv9.exe -n XXXX -xtcpip -gp 4096 -gd all -gk all -ti 1440
c:\progra~1\xxx\xxxx\XXXX.db c:\progra~1\xxx\xxxx\xxxxxxxx.db

Thank you,
