I'm trying to get our Appeon application working in everyone's browser,
and on a couple of them using Vista, I get the "Logon Dialog" and then
when I type in the user and password, I get a "Logon Error" that says
"Unknown error occurs! Do you want to try again?" I am not able to get
past this. I went through all the Vista/IE 7 security settings in the
installation guide (which was the only way I was even able to get this
far). I do have it working OK on some other computers, so I know that
it's not a problem with the server.

Also, on one XP machine (IE7), even with all the security settings set
correctly and the web site added to the trusted zone, I can't get past
the page where it wants me to manually install the Xcelerator plugin.

We are planning to eventually roll this out to about 80 other locations,
and I'm really not looking forward to having to play with every single
computer to get it working correctly. :(

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Trevor

I should also add that on the Vista machines, before the login dialog
comes up, I get an error that says "Access is denied" while it is
"Updating system files."
