We are on version 9.0.2 ebf 3044

HELP, WE HAVE A DOCTOR'S OFFICE THAT IS DOWN UNTIL I FIX THIS....

Our server went down and when it came back up it set our license count back
to 1. How do I increase it back to the correct count?

Using the dblic utility you can re-license the database server:

When I do that I get message

"cannot open executable file dbsrv9.exe"

I can see that the file is there....

here's some history:

The server went down unexpectedly
It stopped the database. When I tried to restart it wouldn't let me. It
said aid the above file was missing
I had the file on another drive, so I copied it from there
When I did this, it reset the license to 1

I have run the dblib utility and I get the message

"cannot open executable file dbsrv9.exe"

If I have to reinstall sybase, do I have to start the database and all
that....I've never done that before.

You might want to try giving it the complete path to the dbsrv9.exe file.
eg: "c:\program files\SQL Anywhere.......\dbsrv9.exe"
