Hello,

I have a DW with three columns. One of the columns can be
255 chars long. What I need to do is to show all the data in
the column and leave no space in between the rows.

I have tried using the autosize on the Detail band and on
the column, but it just autosize the column. I have also
changed the Slide Up option, but still no luck.

I would appreciate if you can explain what I need to do.

Thanks

Do you have Auto Horizontal Scroll on and Auto Vertical Scroll off?
You also need to snug the detail band up to the bottom of the column -
autosize will expand height but not shrink it.

Yes, I have Auto Horz Scroll on and Auto Vert Scroll off for
all 3 columns. And the detail band is right up to the bottom
of the
column.

So what's not working the way you want? Can you post a picture?

I am hoping that each row will slide up, so there is not gap
as you see in the attached screen print.

You don't need to slide up, just size the height of all the columns to fit
one line (or smaller). Autosize Height will expand the column and the band
when needed. Autosize both the columns and the band.
