I have SQL anywhere 10.0.1 with EBF 3619 applied back in
2007 Nov. But EBF 3619 is no longer exist on EBF list. Where
can I find it

At the top of the EBF page, there is a option to limit the output.
I believe it defaults to size months.
Change that to all dates and you should see it.
