I tried OneBridge a year ago and had no problem with it.
But now I'm testing it again and everything is working fine except
- manually synchronization is working
- the monitor console has status good
- groupware adapter test: Adapter diagnostics passed
- notes listener test: Test result:Success
- in the log viewer, live connect, phone is: reachable, online
but every one minute (the Notes Listener configured polling frequency)
I have âUnable to resolve Notes usernameâ in the server log and in the
Domino log: âDatabases accessed: 0 Documents read: 0 Documents written: 0â
I tried a different user account as a primary id, no good. With booth
accounts I can log and read the domain address book.
Where could the problem be?

It could be that a user that was registered with Live Connect no longer
exists in Notes.
To clear this up, you will need to go into the OneBridge admin and remove
the user from Live Connect Registration.
Next, you'll need to shut down your sync server and run: CAMU -clearpush -u
