How should we avoid the following warnings?

Performance warning: Database file "C:\Program
Files\Sybase\Inventory\ProductRel.DB" consists of 3 disk
fragments

Performance warning: Database "ProductRel" has a page size
of 2048 that does not match maximum of 4096 set for server,
causing inefficient use of cache

Note: database page size is smaller than the cache
page size, resulting in inefficient use of memory.

Note: A cache size of 419024K exceeds the available physical
memory of 359108K. A performance penalty may result.
419024K of memory used for caching
Minimum cache size: 419024K, maximum cache size: 419024K
Using a maximum page size of 4096 bytes

Performance warning: Database file "C:\Program
Files\Sybase\Inventory\InventoryDB.DB" consists of 15 disk
fragments

Note: database page size is smaller than the cache
page size, resulting in inefficient use of memory.
835400K of memory used for caching
Minimum cache size: 835400K, maximum cache size: 835400K
Using a maximum page size of 4096 bytes

Defrag the database file. A highly fragmented database file can impair
overall performance.

The database page size and the engine page size should the same. Unless
you have a mix of database page sizes, avoid starting the engine with
the -gp switch. If you are mixing page size database on the engine, ask
yourself why?

You are starting an engine with a cache, -c option, that exceeds
physical memory available. Start with a cache size that does not exceed
the available memory.

How do you defrag a database file?
Do you need to shutdown it first?

You can use Microsoft's contig.exe
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/sysinternals/bb897428.aspx

or Diskeeper for a more thorough and automated solution
http://www.diskeeper.com/

Both can be used while the database is running.
