I have report that I have added a nested report to the
detail section. The main report has 2 groups. I have set
the retrieval arguments for the nested report. However,
when I run the report, it is repeating the nested report by
the number of items in the nested report. For example, it
there are 7 items in the nested report, the nested report
will repeat 7 times. This does not happen if I just run the
nested report, but once I add it to the main report it
starts repeating. I am at a loss as to why this is
happening. Any ideas

If the main report has 7 rows in the detail band, then the nested report
will be called 7 times. I've never seen a nested report repeat itself based
on the number of rows in the nested report itself. It sounds like you are
not passing the required arguments from the main report to the nested
report. Or perhaps you need to move the nested report to the group band of
the main report.
