The input is handle by the IO interaction agent. You can change the message
you need to display in the IO Interaction Editor by going to the other
Properties tab.
Please provide us with more details if I did not answer your question.

I already changed the message in the Editor. The result is this:
<Interpretation info="You can try : Check Contributions, Check Loan Status,
Check Loan Balance" />

I need something readable for the SMS user, like:
You can also try:
Check Contributions
Check Loan Status
Check Loan Balance

** Where can i find the default messages displayed in ANDE?

Thanks!

In your custom formatter, which is your SMSFormatter, you can overwrite the
format method to check for empty output. Below is a snippet showing how to
display the hint message when there is no output:

public String format(InterpretationActuation interpretationActuation,
Context context)
{
String output = super.format(interpretationActuation, context);

if(output.length() == 0)
{
return "You can also try:<LF>Check Contributions<LF>Check Loan
Status<LF>Check Loan Balance";
}

return output;
}

Hendra
