Hello,

for Informations : PB 10.5 last build 7826.

I would like to use the properties printpreview.

It's ok when i'use this properties directlu on the dw.

I have another window for preview, so i've try to "transfer"
the first DW into the dw into window for preview .

I've try 2 solutions :

First.

global variable gdw_preview

In the first window, i've
gdw_preview = dw

In the second window,i've
dw=gdw_preview

but nothing at screen

second solution

global variable blob gblb_preview

In the first window, i've
dw_ct.GetFullState(gblb_preview)

In the second window,i've
ll_error = dw_aperçu.SetFullState(gblb_preview)

In the dw_preview, it's not exactly the same.
In the dw, i've a group on colum with values "debit" or
"Crédit" with only one section by values.
In the preview,i've more than on time the same values...

Sorry for my english, perhaps the Attach help you to
understand me.

Thanks

Are you opening the second window from the first with OpenWithParms? I would
simply pass a reference to the DW in the original window and use ShareData.
Troubles with groups can often be cured by calling GroupCalc().

FWIW: Jerry's ShareData ( ) idea will work great unless its a Nested or
Compound DW. Then you might have to use the compound GetChild/Copy or Dot
Notation copy to get your PrintPreview to work with these.
