Environment:
- PowerBuilder 10.0
- WebSphere 6.1
- IBM SDK/JRE 5.0

When I attempt to build a proxy library from the JAR file with the 1.4 JDK
that came with the PowerBuilder distribution, no problem, the proxy library
builds successfully within a minute, however, when I perform the same
operation with the IBM SDK in place, the build fails with a message that
looks to be only partially complete, and of no help what-so-ever (I don't
have the error here at home, and I cannot use the new groups from work, go
figure; I'll post it tomorrow).

At this point, every time I'm required to rebuild the proxy library I need
to empty the C:\Program Files\Sybase\Shared\PowerBuilder\Jdk14 directory
structure and fill it with Sybase sourced JDK, and then empty and refill it
with the IBM SDK for testing.

Do any of y'all have any idea of what I need to do to get the environment
set up to allow proxy library building with the IBM SDK in place?

Update:

Running ejb2pb100.exe with the IBM SDK in place generates
Remote.srx, Serializable.srx and then the EJBProxies.err
error file. Inside the error file I find the following
(obviously incomplete) message:

ERROR:Could not find (

That said, if I simply overlay the Java implementation in
the Jdk14 directory with the one that came from Sybase and
rerun ejb2pb100.exe, I get the expected 78 files in my
output directory.

Thoughts?
