We have set the languange in the Regional Setting to Hindi (for India). The
currency format in the Regional Settings is "Rs 12,34,56,789.00" which is
correct.

However that same number in a PB 11 column whose display format is
"[currency]" is displayed as "Rs 123,456,789.00". The digit grouping is not
correct.

We did reboot, but got the same results.

Any Ideas? Am I missing something?

TIA,
Mike

If the currency format is fixed, you can try to input " 'Rs' ##,##,##,###.00 " is format property.

We have to use "[currency]" because the product is used in several different
countires.

Any other ideas out there?

Hi Mike;

It does not work in a PB 11.5 DWO either not to mention the String (var,
'##,##,##,###.00') which does not work properly either. :-(

The only suggestion that I can make (as a work around) is to use an SLE
or String column in a DWO and hand script the output and data entry in
PowerScript within the application if the currency is set to Hindi. I would
suggest that you create a bug report in CaseXpress.
