I have created a setup with the Oracle 10g and Powerbuilder 11.2, and
discover that when the decimal period is "," as in European countries, the
edit mask seams to act normally, but when I change the setting on the PC in
both XP and Vista to English US/English GB, the edit field with edit mask
###,###.00 act very strange. When I put a number into the field, the number
is automatically multiplied by 100 and when I leave the field is multiplied
again with 100. I have set the decimal separator to "," in the dbparm.
I have also changed the nls setting in the database - nls_language =
American and the nls_territory = America. Is there any other settings that I
may have forgotten?

Any ideas
