I'm currently exploring the functionality of the Afaria
service and I've attempted to create channels via Afaria
Administrator web console. When I tried to create the
document manager channel, its prompted the error message as
attached and the web console closed. Any idea on the cause
of the problem ?

Is there any possibility that we using the mmc to snap in
the afaria console ?

thank you in advance.

Samuel,
Was the Afaria Server / Administrator installed using Remote Desktop
(Terminal Services)? Is Remote Desktop being used to access the web
console? Remote Desktop is the most common cause of these types of errors.
Remote Desktop is not supported with Afaria for installation or use of web
console.

Thanks,
Chris
