Dear all,

by the help of library iAnywhere.Data.AsaClient I want to store some float
values in a ASA9 (9.0.2.2451) database in my .NET program.

The decimal separator of my region is a comma but as I cannot build an
insert command with values having a comma I have to replace the comma by a
dot. Unfortunately this makes the database multiplying the original value by
10 (I think the database may understand the dot as digit grouping
character?). So when I write value 1,23 to the database as 1.23 (comma
replaced by dot) it becomes to 12,3 when I read it out again.

Is there any syntax I can use to properly transfer my float values into my
database?

Thank you very much in advance & with best regards,

Bjoern
