I have setup a trial version of iAnywhere Mobile Office (v.
5.6.2009.0122) and an iPhone (v.2.2.1) running the client
(v. 5.6.20009.0506).

I am able to get the information to sync, however, I'm
having some trouble getting subfolders to sync. When I set
them up for a user, the syncing stops and I can no longer
access the subfolder configuration from the admin tool. I
get the error: Error retrieving subfoler list. I've tried
restarting the services, rebooting the server,
re-registering the user, removing the user and re-adding the
user. Everything eventually results in the syncing failing
after setting up the subfolders. There are about 10
subfolders holding a few thousand emails. I've tried
limiting the sycing to only 7 days and still have the same
issue.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you;

Greg

Sorry, subfolders are not yet supported for our current App Store iPhone
client. This will be implemented in a future App Store Update.
