Hi, i got an external dw with a column that got property
autosize = yes.
Problem is that when i insert a new row that column is

Id like to know how could i get that those column could be
visible always although it doesnt have any data and keep the
property autosize = yes.

Thanks in advance.

Yes we are looking for a solution as well. If the column is
set to autosizeheight = yes and you insert a row or retrieve
a row and that column has a null value in it, the height
sets to 0 and the column dissappears.

The hard way to solve it is to set the null value to 0 or '
' after the retrieve. But there must be a better way to
solve this.

For new rows, have you tried setting an initial value?

Yes, we set the column value to 0 or ' ' depending on the
datatype but this is not a good solution... I have
submitted this as a bug to Sybase. If the column is null it
should retain the height that it is set to.
