Hi,
is there a way to, via Afaria, temporarily turn on RDP on a
remote laptop that allows an administrator to take over the
laptop remotely for trouble shooting?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Cheers
Boje Siebels

Boje,

Afaria provides a Remote Control component that can be purchased as an
add-on feature. Afaria Remote Control is a "true" remote control
application and not Remote Desktop (RDC / RDP, Terminal Services).

Here are some links that documentation describe features available for
Afaria Remote Control (NetOp):

Thanks,
Chris
