Good Day,

I was reading in your supported devices document that the
iTouch is supported with Mobile Office. I have setup the
iAnywhere Mobile Office server with Domino 8.5 and all
required services are running and no errors are showing up
in the log viewer. I modified the default template to add
the proxy server, client download site, etc, I am able to
register a user from the Domino directory, the activation
email is sent to the user, I can download and install the
client software on the iTouch (2n Gen, version 2.2.1), I
setup the connection settings, added a password, but unable
to receive any data to the device. I also checked my
firewall and I can see outbound connections are being made
over port 5001 to the proxy server. Also, I checked the
Mobile Office server and the required connection to the
trial proxy servers can be made as well. Not sure where else
to check and would greatly appreciate any further ideas.

Thanks very much in advance.

Cheers,
Mike

Sorry you are having troubles. This could be due to a number of
configuration issues and most often caused by incorrect "Company IDs"
configured on your Mobile Office Server and/or the client you are connecting
with. Please double check the Company ID configuration (it is case
sensitive). Also if you give me the Proxy Server you are connecting to and
the company ID I can check our hosted Proxy Server to see if they are seeing
any traffic or errors.

Thanks.
