i have a crosstab like this:

name - column a - column b - subtotal a+b - column c - column d - subtotal
c+d

i'd like to know how to highlight (bold, underline, another color) the
subtotal columns .
the thing is that the columns are customizable, so the report may have one,
or more subtotal columns in any order.
i already have the headers in bold, but i'm needing the whole column.

thanks in advance!
