any procedures followed for upgration including testing and
setting up of the client will really be helpful to me.

Sivaatzentih,

In order to upgrade from RemoteWare 4.1 to RemoteWare 4.3, you must follow
this migration path:

RemoteWare 4.1 hot fix upgrade path:

RemoteWare 4.1 -> RemoteWare Hot Fix 153 -> RemoteWare 4.1 SP1A ->
RemoteWare 4.1 SP2 ->RemoteWare 4.1 SP2 Hot Fix 24 -> RemoteWare 4.3

Upon successfully upgrading all RemoteWare Servers (and any RemoteWare
Workstations if they exist), the RemoteWare ESD process will download the
necessary files to upgrade the RemoteWare Client software. The "ESD" files
must be applied. I recommend you review the RemoteWare Hot Fix 153 release
notes or the following Knowledgebase article for how to properly apply "ESD
Updates" to the Clients.

http://frontline.sybase.com/support/resolutionDetails.aspx?c=1&KBID=4033

Once all Clients have been upgraded to RemoteWare 4.3 you can consider
applying RemoteWare 4.3 SP2, and then repeat the upgrade process for the
Clients.
You may also want to consider upgrading MS SQL to SQL Server 2005 after
upgrading to RemoteWare Servers/Workstations to 4.3 (base).

Thanks,
Chris
