Sivaramakrishnan,

The following links are for the Release Notes and System Requirements:

RemoteWare 4.3 -
http://frontline.sybase.com/support/fileDownload.aspx?ID=1288

RemoteWare 4.3 SP2 -
http://frontline.sybase.com/support/fileDownload.aspx?ID=1779

RemoteWare using it's own proprietary file transfer protocols for dial-up
(ASYNC) and LAN/WAN (TCP/IP) connections. This file transfer protocol can
be controlled using setting in the Server Profile module via the Protocols
tab as well as with Work Object worklist event options that determine how
files will be delivered.

To learn more about Work Object worklist creations, How to create and deploy
the Client software, and to become more familiar with RemoteWare terminology
I recommend that you read the RemoteWare Server Reference Manual and the
appropriate Client guides for the Client Type (OS of the Client) that you
will be supporting.

These documents can be found here:

Thanks,
Chris
