Shao,

This is a generic crash of the SOAP server. Was a crash file generated
somewhere? (i.e. Check the default crash path underneath Dr. Watson -
Start -> Run -> drwtsn32).

Without that information, it's difficult to say where or why the crash
happened.

Cheers,

Hi Jeff,

I have attached the Dr Watson log, but I am not sure what to look for.

However, is it fair to say that if a log exists there is something wrong on
the server?

Cheers,

Shao

Shao,

Looks like Internet Explorer was the last application to crash. How long
ago did agsoap crash?

A log just means "an application crashed" - in order for engineering to
take a look at what happened, we need a crash (dump) file. Usually
that's stored in the same location (or is a directory specified in the
"Crash Dump" directory in drwtsn32).

Regards,

Hi Jeff,

I looked at the date of the Dr Watson file and it does seem that agsoap.exe
crashed after the date of the file.

Also, with Dr Watson it lists in the Window that is launched the processes
that crashed I think.

I am unable to obtain the dump file, but that was also before agsoap, so I
don't think its applicable.

If it happens again, I'll get hold of the dump file (our customer site is
secure and I can only transfer information in the clipboard through cut and
paste - which is what I did with the log file content).

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Shao
