Hi Shong;

    Looks like PB5 => ANSI vs PB 11.x => Unicode, issues to me.

If that is true. We having big issues to converst all the ANSI character set to Unicode. Does anyone have work around solution?

Like create a ANSI_UNICODE function in PB11 to convert the ansi to unicode before it display in datawindow.

PB 10.x and higher plus the DBMS driver should do this automatically for you. However, if the ANSI to Unicode translation fails because of not setting the DB client properly - this type of thing can happen. Check your DB driver (client) installation and PB's DBParm settings to see if they are applicable.
