Xiao,

the input/output formats dBase, FoxPro and others were dropped in SQL
Anywhere 11's DBISQL tool.
However, SQL Anywhere 11 still contains the older C-based dbisqlc.exe
tool. That has been quite unchanged since SQL Anywhere 6, I guess, and
it still should support the older formats when using the INPUT and
OUTPUT statements. As they are ISQL commands and not SQL commands,
DBISQL and dbisqlc treat them differently.

cf.
http://dcx.sybase.com/index.php#http%3A//dcx.sybase.com/1101en/dbadmin_en11/dbisqlc-interactive-dbutilities.html

Sidenote: I'm quite sure the newer ODBC ímport/export should work with
dBase, too, if a corresponding driver is available. AFAIK it's part of
the standard MDAC ODBCJT32.DLL component.

Xiao,

sorry, I can't help with the ODBC export/import due to lack of own
experience...

I would suggest that you repost your problem (and a precise error
description, if possible) in the newsgroup
"sybase.public.sqlanywhere.general" - this is the main NG for SQL
Anywhere and the one with the most attendance.
