hi there,

I tried the injection API, that's so great. so far, the widget entry could
be marked as processed or unprocessed. and we can delete the widget entry
from the client inbox mail list after user processed the request. but the
injection API can't set the message as processed or unprocessed. If the
customer process the request from the backend, we can only delete the widget
entry by injection API. If we can change the request status to the processed
on client by injection API, that will be more flexibility.

Thanks.
