hi there,

I test the pop3 version of the mobile office 5.7 beta 1, and I found mobile
office server will check every email accound every 30 second. Is this
possible to change this interval? and is there some stress test data?

thanks!

Nan Wang

Hello Nan,

Yes, there is a registry setting for the poll interval. Values are under the
following key.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Extended Systems\OneBridge Sync Server\]

Within the Listener, there is the REG_DWORD for PollInterval.

Regarding stress test data, our load/performance test results are based on
the default setting. If this value is maintained or increased, the 1,000
user maximum can be supported. If this value is decreased, it could have a
negative impact on the number of users that can be supported per Mobile
Office server machine.

Hi Diane,

Does mobile office check the mail in serial mode or in the parallel mode? By
my test, I guess it work in a serial mode. If it work in a parallel mode,
how many work threads does it start? May I adjust the work thread count?
