Hi,

I noticed that when MO is connecting via POP3/SMTP, if I read an email on
mobile phone, it does not change status to "Read" on the email client on my
PC e.g. Outlook Express and vice versa. Is this a normal behavior for
connections via POP3/SMTP?

Justin,

In the Admin documentation, the following information is documented
regarding read flags...
a.. For receiving mail, a mail server that supports the IMAP or POP3
protocols for mail delivery, such as the Courier mail server. If the mail
server supports both protocols, choose the IMAP protocol as it supports
several features, like flagging mail as read/unread, that POP3 does not.

On your server, if the selected protocol is POP3, read/unread status is not
supported.

If your server is setup as IMAP, please provide reproduction steps for your
issue.
