Hi,
I will like to know if its possible to send a message via
TCP from a stored procedure. I have to send a message to
error system manager via a certain IP address and port.

You can send a msg via UDP using the built-in function syb_sendmesg(). If
you must use TCP you should look into using the embedded Java VM.
