RTE Top margin is larger after migration

RTE migration problem from PB 9 to PB 11.
Top Margin larger after migration eventhough margin is set
up as zero.
Top and bottom margins are set to 0 in the RTE properties.
Works fine in PB9

Any solution,Please help.

As far as I can tell there is no solution to this. If it's
making stuff take up more pages, there is a way to reduce
line spacing though (and there is a trick to doing that).

Can you share the "trick" to reducing line spacing?

I am testing an upgrade from PowerBuilder 8 to 11.5 and I am
seeing the same behavior.
