I understand that with SDK 3.0 the iPhone will be able to
generate alerts for Calendar and Messages. Is there a
scheduled date range that this will become available?

Am I to understand that currently if you're outside of the
sandbox application that there are no alerts?

I would like for the iPhone to be able to present a
customizable alert pattern (vibrate, sound, visual) alert
when it receives a new email, or if a calendar event has an
alert set for it within Outlook.

It's very important that these alerts be able to occur
anytime and from within any application on the iPhone for
instance if the user is browsing the web the alert for email
should still happen unless the user has customized their
alert to be silenced from other applications.

Thanks for this application. It gives us the hope that
iPhones can one day become supported for use within the
organization.

Hello Greg,

In the iMO 5.7 iPhone release, SDK Push Notification Support will be
available as the user will receive notification of new PIM items while the
device is offline (application is in the background).

The other items you are asking about would be roadmap discussions. It is
preferred that we communicate this information to you through our sales
organization. Can you let us know what region you are in, so we can have the
appropriate representative contact you?

Regards,
Diane Amdor
