We installed MO5.7 Beta client on both iPhone and WM6.1 Professional
devices. When conducting Contacts searching, double-byte Contacts name can
be searched on iPhone client. But it failed on WM6.1 Professional. Any
chance to get WM6.1 Professional worked.

Hello Jencheng,

When you refer to contacts searching, are you referring to the use of
Corporate Directory, or is there some other way you are searching?

Yes. It's corporate directory search. It's a habit here using double-byte
name for Contacts. The double-byte name would be put in fields other than
Full name, short name, etc.

The fields to put double-byte name can be "cn" or "altfullname".

Hello Jencheng,

I have forwarded your information to engineering to get specific information
on how we would handle the search in Corporate Directory as you have
described.

Regards,
Diane

Jencheng,

Can you verify whether some fields are working with double byte but others
are not?
