Hello

I've done some tests on the Mobile Office 5.7 Beta 2 Server
Software.
So far i encounterd the following issues:

I could register a pop3 account with the following
parameters:

Mail Adress: m.seher@my-onebridge.info
Username: m.seher@my-onebridge.info
POP3 Servername: mail.my-onebridge.info
POP3 Port: 110
SMTP Port: 25

But if i want to do a reregister with this User, i get this
error message:

Hello Matthias,

It appears that Windows is blocking the ability to open these .shs files.
Can these be converted into some other format that can be opened?

to view them.

I have logged this issue as a bug. Are you able to complete a new
registration for this user? Is it just a re-register that fails?

Yes this error only occurs when i want to make a reregister
for already registerd user.

I've managed to register sunrise account as well and a gmx
account but for some reasons the e-mails a not synchronised?
I've seen in the help.chm file that you have to setup a
First User that sends the activation Mail. Do you any futher
information how to setup this First User?

Hello Matthais,

Following is the information regarding the first user from the
documentation...

Setting Up the First User
For IMAP/POP3 users only, before you register new users, you must first
register an administrator user that will be used to send out registration
and error emails. The name for the administrator user for the purposes of
this procedure is "admin".

To register the administrator user, do the following:

1.. Click Register from the Users pane.
2.. In the Register - Add IMAP/POP3 User screen, enter "admin" inthe User
Name field in the Template area. Also fill in the SMTP fields appropriate to
the administrator. These are the settings used for sending the email from
the administrator.
3.. In the Register - Email Activation screen, enter "admin" in the Email
From field and the Email To List field.
Note: No registration email will be sent for the first user. If you plan on
syncing a device to that account, you must manually specify the activation
code.

4.. You must then modify the default template or whatever template you are
going to use for users. From the Templates pane, select the template you
want. Set the Email From property under Email Notification of Data Errors to
the short name of the administrator account you just created, which would be
"admin", using the suggested name.
Note: If the Email From field is left blank, the email notifications will
not work.

Based on the settings in the Email From field of the Email Notification of
Data Errors area of the template, whenever email notification of system
problems is sent to a user, the email is sent to the user's original email
address, the one you will specify when you register the user. The email will
be sent from "admin", the example name that was specified in the Email From
property in this procedure.

After you complete setting up the administrator user account, go to the next
step, Registering a New User.
