Hi,

Why does the counters show me different amount of new items? As soon, I open
the iAnywhere application on the iPhone, I have no new items in the red
ballon, even if I did not read any mails....

There are no pendings on the server.....So in real I have 4 unread e-mails.

thanks Melkon

Hello Melkon,

The initial implementation of the iPhone notification was reflecting every
push as well as read/unread, deletions, and moves. In the iPhone client
release, the notification has been chnaged to only reflect the number of new
emails that have come in for a user since the last time they synced (opened
the Mobile Office client). This count is reset each time the Mobile Office
client is opened.

Regards,
Diane
