I am setting up a test mobile office server. This is setup,
and I successfully send a registration message to a user.
However he receives this issue on his handheld; Setup hangs
on "Engine Startup," and then says "Cannot connect to
server." Any ideas?

Keith -

Can you please describe how you're connecting the client to the Mobile
Office server? Are you using the hosted proxy information supplied in the
trial email? If so, can you check the logs to see if there are any errors
getting reported?

Thanks,
Britt

I did enter the proxy info into the server. I don't see any
errors on the server, but on the handheld, the user receives
this error in the log. "Cannot Connect to Server (503)".

Which hosted proxy server is your server and client configured to connect to
and on which ports?

Thanks.
