I have the following issue with the display of a decimal
column in a datawindow with Appeon 6.2 for .NET. I don't
have whith my application launched in PB 11.5

In my datawindow the column is defined as a decimal(3) with
a format format "#######0.000" and an edit format

In my SQL Server 2005 Database the column value for a line
is 24.5

After the retrieve my datawindow will display 245.000 in the
column for the specified line (it should be 24.5) and when I
clik on the field I will have a value of 24,5 (it should be
24.5) displayed.

Please find attached the datawindow export file and the
screen shots of my data window.

In fact i want my decimal separator to be a period (".").

Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

Hi Alberto,

Please try to use the solution below to verify whether it
1. Open the Web.config file at
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\AEM\web.config and find the
following command line and add the attribute in read.
<globalization requestEncoding="utf-8"
responseEncoding="utf-8" uiCulture="en-US" culture="en-US"/>
2. Restart IIS
3. Re-deploy your application

If our solution can't solve your issue, could you provide us
with the following info so that we can detect the problem?
1. What's the location?
2. The screenshot of the settings in Control Panel |
Regional and language options | Regional Options | Customize
| Numbers.
