I am able to create contacts, calendar appointments and
receive email on my iPhone, however I cannot send an email.
On the server I am receiving this,

error code:12012
error detail: could not save or send message. Bad address or
mailbox is full.

This is an exchange issue. You need to clean out your inbox at the server
in order to create space in the mailbox.

Thanks
Mark

My test clients get the same thing. Their mailboxes are
well within their quotas and work fine, otherwise. Any
other ideas?

Hi Michael,

this is a very common issue. Please check the MS Exchange rights
requirements of our documentation. The technical service account running
iMO is probably missing the "Send as" right.

Our documentation is there somewhat "complicated" as there is an other
bullet in the documentation after the part about Exchange 2002 and 2007.
And this applies to both Exchanges types => "Send as" right is needed.

Cheers,
Dirk
