at runtime using <DW Control Name>.Modify("create column( ........

Hi Ashok;

Try using the PB built-in "DWSyntax" tool. It will give you both the Dot
and Modify ( ) syntax for dynamically altering DW properties.

That will work if the column was defined in the SQL at design time but not
as a visual object. If the column is completely new, you not only have to
add it to the SQL but to the table buffer definitions. I wrote an extensive
post on that a couple of weeks ago.
