I am setting up a test mobile office server, and I
successfully send a registration message to a user. However
when trying to install on his handheld; the Setup hangs on
"Engine
Startup" , and then says "Cannot connect to server (503)"
Any ideas?

The server is configured with the following:

Proxy Server: obp21.obproxy.com
Proxy Port: 443
Proxy Protocol: https
Client Port: 5001

And the logs indicate that the server is communicating with
the proxy server corectly.

Hi Joe,

given the information you provided there can a a lot of tiny things
going wrong.

The error message indicates that you do not even reach the DMZ Proxy. So
I would try to debug down that path.

- Check the communication of your device
Can you reach the internet from your mobile device? Open a browser and
check any website.

- Check the settings of the iMO client on the mobile device
Have you configured the client to point to the correct name + port?
Especially the port may be different from the port your iMO server is
connecting to.

If that does not work out at all you can contact our sales team. Then
ask them if a pre-sales guy or our support could try to assist you with
this topic.

Good luck,
Dirk
