I'm using the SyntaxFromSQL statement to generate the basic
syntax for a dw. After that I modify Font-Settings of the
columns.
When I retrieve the Syntax after the Modifies (Describe
"Datawindow.Syntax"), the changes are not in the returned
Syntax.
Furthermore later dynamic changes to background-color,
text-color and so "restore" the old default font settings
from SyntaxFromSQL.
Does anybody knows what's the reason for that strange
behaviour ???
Thanks.

Are you changing *all* of the relevant font settings (font.face,
font.family, ... )?

No I only change font.face and font.height; when I make a
describe of these two setting, I get my changes, but when I
make a Describe-Syntax, I see the old values for that
properties ...???
