When will this be supported?

Hi Antoin,

according to my sources these two devices have passed the device tests
- HTC Touch Pro 2
- HTC Diamond 2

They should show up on the supported device list soon. So they should be
working fine with iMO 5.7

Have fun,
Dirk

Hi Dirk,

I'm currently using my HTC Diamond 2 with WM6.1 and
OneBridge 5.5.2008.0312.
If I would update to WM6.5 is 5.5.2008.0312 still working?
If not, how do I get the client update since it is not
available though our IT department? If I could get it
somehow is this then compliant with the backend (server)?

Mike

Hi Mike,

you can check http://www.ianywhere.com/supporteddevices to find out what
devices have been tested with OneBridge, MobileOffice and Afaria.

Generally we do not test newer clients against an older server version.
So updating your client without doing a server update could be risky.
Also I would not recommend to do that without taking your IT guys into
it. :-)

When you talk to IT anyway, you could ask them, when they plan to update
to MobileOffice.

If they have a support contract, they can update to MobileOffice free of
charge. And MobileOffice has a fantastic user experience and is also
much easier in the administration.

Let me know if I can help.
Cheers,
Dirk
