Internally replication stores record data in binary fields in the replication
queue, so I would guess that the error occurred when attempting to read that
record data out for a replication update. The only situation I know of that
can cause that is if you alter a table's structure while replication updates
are currently in the queue. If you post your error log or at least the ADS
version, ADS_Source, and Src_Line values from the error we might be able
to tell you more about it.
