Hi all,

I have a question regarding the setup of a mobile device
(runs on mobile 6.0) in combination with Afaria. Is there an
easy way to get the device in a “kiosk mode” where only
my application is accessible, or should I use RegEdit to
configure the device and then spread then over all the
mobile devices using Afaria?

Thanks in advance!

Bas Jessurun

Bas,

In Afaria 6.5 you can create an "Application Control" Policy to more easily
lock the device down into a Kiosk like mode. Please review the section
called Administration -> Policies in the document "Afaria 6.5 Reference
Manual - Platform".

Thanks,
Chris
