Hi,

i'm using MO 5.7 for a POP/IMAP account.
I'm unable to receive emails for my mobileoffice user.
(sometimes delayed)
I already used the ports:
143 - IMAP
993 _ IMAP (with tls/ssl enabled)
110 - POP
995 - POP (with tls/ssl enabled)

did I miss something out?

Hi Chan,

the way you describe the problem I am unsure if you are looking at the
right place in the system.

Can you check the MobileOffice + System /App Event logs?
Also try to look into the debug console.
Can you also check in the MobileOffice client log if he gets a
connection to the server?

In general I am looking for error messages that indicate the server can
not acccess the back end servers.
