I have an issue that I can't resolve.

I have one linux server running remoteare agent
v4.30.3000.0000 and it is showing as "connected" as the
status. I have tried to cancel the connection (pushing F3 in
linicomm menu), kill the lininode process using killall
(which worked and process disappeared) but the session still
shows as connected. I can't get this agent to respond or
reset. I've also tried to reinstall the agent that didn't
work, it repsonded as saying "already running" when it tried
to start up. Important note, in the remoteware server
schedule I don't see these as active sessions so they are
not actually "connected" to anything.

I did see a KB article #3916 showing there was a bug with
them saying "connecting" but my issue is it actually shows
"CONNECTED" so I think it's a different issue.

Anyone know how I can kill this hung process? In the past
when it's occured we've had to reboot the linux server.

I've attached a screenshot so you can see exactly what it's
showing in the linicomm menu.
