I will create a DW with a Background-Image that fills the
whole
Space of the the DW-Control. For that I position the Bitmap
at
x=0,y=0 in the Detail-Area and define the Header.Height=0.
Unfortunately I get a line of 1 pixel at the Top of the DW
that is not covered by the bitmap.
Does anybody can give me a tip what to do for covering the
whole space.
Thanks axel

Check the properties for the bitmap object. On the "Position" tab, check
the "Layer" property. You probably want it to be in the "Background"
layer instead of the "Band" layer. Does that fix it?

Ok, if I put it in the Background layer it's ok with 0,0.
Thank's!
but I ask me, why it's not ok in the Band Layer with 0,0
respectively is ok with y = -1 ??? - I would like to
understand the position logic of DW-Objects...

When it's in the band layer, its position is relative to the row. If you
have multiple rows, you'd see multiple pictures. Like you, I would have
expected it to look right at 0,0 if your header height is 0. Yes, it is
true that you can use expressions to set negative positions (like -1).
Buck Woolley uses this to create an Outlook-style calendar control.
Reading his article on the subject might explain things better than I
can. One of his best is http://pbdj.sys-con.com/node/42556 but if you
Google for his name and PowerBuilder you should find several more
articles that might help you out.
