Hello,

I have a problem with Mobile Office. The email is not synct
well because I have not the good MIME settings voor incoming
mail in Lotus Notes. When I choose for plain text it works
fine.

Which MIME-settings must I choose in Lotus Notes (inbound
messages) for a good working with Mobile Office.

Hi Berry,

well, MobileOffice currently does not support HTML Emails. I think this
is an upcoming roadmap feature but no guarantee.

Sorry,
Dirk

Mmm ok! It's ok that the mobile device shows the email in
plain text, but my email client must show HTML. Now, I only
get the sync working when I convert all email tot plain text
(Format preference for incoming mail: Prefers Notes Rich
Text).

Is there a solution for this problem?

Hi Berry,

well, maybe I do not fully understand the issue. Let me summarize my
understanding:

Environment
- You are using LotusDomino with MobileOffice
- MobileOffice is installed on a domino server

Problem
HTML emails in your notes client are not synchronized at all onto the
mobile device, unless you convert them into plain text?

Can you please confirm my understanding or correct me where I am wrong.
Please also include the iMO + DominoServer + DominoClient version and
the device you are using.

Thx,
Dirk
