Hi all,

We have a problem where if the virtual keyboard is displayed, then scrolling
causes display problems on screen as the objects on screen are not redrawn.
This is not a problem if the task bar is displayed though.

I have enclosed a document illustrating the problem.

Does anyone know of any workarounds?

We tried intercepting the onScroll event, but this does not fire at the
expected time.

Cheers,

Shao

Hi Shao,

Is this an easy repro to show to us? Can you reproduce this behaviour on
any screen of your application, or is this just for this particular screen?

If you haven't already, I'd recommend opening a Technical Support case
with a code sample so we can submit this to engineering for
investigation - I'm not aware of any JavaScript issues that would cause
this sort of behaviour.

Regards,

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for that.

I've produced this for Mirco from tech support and he is taking this issue
forward.

Thanks for the response.

Cheers,

Shao
