Good morning, all!

Two questions on the horizon -

First, is there a path for enhancements for the iPhone
client? My users are looking for sent/deleted mail to match
their Outlook clients.

Second, where do I find docs to install a relay server for
iAnywhere?

Thanks!

Gregg

Hi Gregg,

I think the current MobileOffice iPhone client already provides support
for the sent items. You may need to enable it on the server/client config.
For the deleted items I do not expect a fast feature update as all other
device platforms of MobileOffice also do not support this feature.
Historically this feature was not needed, as the UI of the devices did
not allow for an easy mail management. With the iPhone this has changed
some what. So if your users really want the feature please talk to our
support & the sales team. The support can file a feature request and the
sales guys can give some indication of priority.

You can find the relay server installation documentation in the \DOCS\
folder => Relay Server Installation Guide.pdf
I recommend to also check out the knowledge base articles in the
SupportArea as they are more descriptive as the PDF documentation.

Cheers,
Dirk
