Good afternoon!

I've been able to replicate a reported problem with my
iPhone users. They are unable to send from the iPhone
intermittently. I've checked the ianywhere manager account
and their permissions in Exchange and AD and, so far at
least, haven't found an omission.

Where can I look next, and what's most often overlooked?

Thanks!

Gregg

Hi Gregg,

Can you check the MobileOffice + System /App Event logs?
Also try to look into the debug console of the mobile admin. Check the
OBeAgent + OBeListener logs.

Any error message you find will help :-)

Cheers,
Dirk

Hi Gregg,

it should work fine. Please check the software version you have
installed. And keep in mind, the default setting is to only transmit the
last seven days of email in the sent items folder. And also check the
date and time on the phones. Usually not needed on an iPhone, but you
never know.

Cheers,
Dirk
